Returns & Refunds Policies

RETURNS
ALL RETURNS ARE MADE AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
REFUNDS
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item for a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. 
Once a refund has been agreed upon, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from this refund (if for some reason not paid by the customer.)
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders (including custom orders) can be cancelled ONLY within 48 hours of placement.  After 48 hours have passed, the order cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement between both parties.  Please email sales@boxerdesigns.ca for cancellation requests.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or have been mutually agreed upon between boxerdesigns and the customer.  If you would like to exchange an item, send an email to sales@boxerdesigns.ca.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
